You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon for security or technical reasons.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers typically process within 5 to 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 to 20:00 WIB) and may take up to 24 hours outside banking hours; e-wallet withdrawals are typically instant.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Account verification (KYC) by providing requested identity documents. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before you can withdraw winnings. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100%, table games contributing less, and some games excluded entirely.
Bonuses are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Each bonus has a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. newmpo will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect bets placed by you.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or bets placed after an event outcome is already known. In the event of a technical malfunction or obvious error (such as incorrect odds), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Your Account may be subject to individual bet limits based on your betting history, account status, or other factors determined by newmpo.
Sports betting odds and markets are provided by newmpo and may differ from other betting platforms. Odds are subject to change at any time up until the moment your bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet.
For live (in-play) betting, there may be a delay between the actual event and the live stream or statistics displayed on the platform. You acknowledge this delay and agree that newmpo is not responsible for any losses arising from such delays. We reserve the right to refuse or void bets placed during any period where the live feed or data is disrupted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
You acknowledge that gambling inherently carries financial risk and that losses are possible. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means. newmpo shall not be held responsible for any gambling-related losses or problem gambling behaviors.
In no event shall newmpo's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the liability arose.

The newmpo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of newmpo.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.
newmpo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or prolonged Account inactivity.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any pending bets will be settled according to our standard rules. If your Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance and withhold any winnings.
If your Account is terminated without cause, you may withdraw any remaining funds in your Account balance, provided you have completed all necessary verification procedures.
